( FRIDAY + SATURDAY )

To Secure Your  Reservation on Friday or Saturday we require a pre-authorisation for each guest for your
$250 Menu + Additional $80 Dining Credit ( $330 total )

This reflects the Exhibition Experience: a curated journey where $250 is allocated to your menu, and the additional $80 dining credit is provided to enjoy towards beverages, drink pairing options or enhancements on the evening. This ensures every guest experiences a complete Exhibition journey while allowing us to provide the highest level of service.

No charge will be made prior to your visit. However, this fee will apply for late cancellation or reduction in diner numbers within 72-hours. It is a temporary hold only, not a charge at the time of booking; it will be automatically released after your visit, provided the full dining allocation has been enjoyed.

WEEKDAY RESERVATIONS
( TUESDAY- THURSDAY )

To secure a reservation on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, we require a pre-authorisation for each guest for your $250 menu. No charge will be made prior to your visit. However, this fee will apply for late cancellation or reduction in diner numbers within 72-hours. It is a temporary hold only, not a charge at the time of booking; it will be automatically released after your visit, provided the full dining allocation has been enjoyed.

Cancellations

We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. A per person cancellation charge equal to the value of your pre-authorisation will apply to all cancellations within 72-hours from your booking, a reduction in guest numbers and no shows. If you do need to cancel outside of 72-hours there will be no charge. In the event of cancellation within our policy window, no-show, or if the full allocation is not enjoyed on the evening, the pre-authorisation will be processed.

Before you’ve even decided what to wear to your reservation, we have purchased and planned for your dinner. All of our produce is hand selected from small farms, fisheries, live tanks and stockyards just for you! This means that when you cancel last minute, if we can’t fill your table, we end up wasting the produce our suppliers work tirelessly to provide us with.
We will do our very best to fill your seat to avoid the cancellation fee.

reservation release dates + seating requests

Reservations become available three months in advance; they are released on the first Tuesday of the month at 1pm. If you are unsure of anything, please don’t hesitate to contact our friendly team.

We have kitchen counter seating for parties of two. Bookings above this will be seated at a table. If you have any seating preferences, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

CHILDREN BOOKING POLICY

As a courtesy to all guests in the dining room, we do not accept reservations including children under the age of 8. We do warmly welcome young diners above 8 years old who can fully partake in our regular menu. However, please note we do not offer a separate children’s menu - all diners who attend the venue and take a seat in the dining room must partake in our full menu.

dietary requests

Here at Exhibition, we do things differently. We don’t provide you with a menu, we simply aim to showcase a variety of beautiful produce in a series of thoughtful dishes. Please include any requests about allergies or dietary requirements in your booking notes; our team will get in touch if we are unable to meet your request.

We do provide a menu without gluten however we like to be clear that we do serve glutenous products such as breads and pastries on our normal menu, as such, There will definitely be traces.

Some dietaries that we definitely can not do: Vegetarian/Vegan, Lactose Free.
