Here at Exhibition we do things differently. Our menu focuses on our access to incredible live seafood, benchmark meat and fresh produce from Queensland’s best biodynamic and sustainable farms. We don’t provide you with a menu, we simply aim to showcase a variety of beautiful produce in a series of thoughtful dishes.
We offer one omakase experience, our signature Exhibition Experience. Our Exhibition Experience is designed to explore and showcase luxury ingredients.

WEEKEND RESERVATIONS

$330 ($250 Menu + $80 Dining Credit)
Weekend reservations are priced at $330 per guest: $250 is allocated to your omakase, with the additional $80 to be put towards enhancements of your choice. This includes beverages from our a la carte menu, drink pairing options or additional menu courses on the evening. This ensures every guest experiences a complete Exhibition journey while allowing us to provide the highest level of service.

To secure your reservation on Friday or Saturday we require a pre-authorisation for each guest for your $250 menu only.

Exhibition offers four options for matched drinks:
Sober Pairing — $90
A highly considered non-alcoholic pairing utilising Exhibition’s access to exceptional produce and library of ingredients preserved from past menus.Unorthodox Pairing —$120
Our deliberately avantgarde option designed to showcase a wide range of alcoholic beverages, not merely wine. It is intentionally unusual but equally considered in its approach.Discovery Pairing — $150
A wine pairing exhibiting excellent Australian and international producers, from the emerging and relatively unknown, to the comfortably established.Premium Pairing — $330
